摘要
目的探讨早期盆底康复治疗在产妇产后盆底功能障碍恢复中的作用。方法选取该院2018年1月—2019年2月收治的88例产后盆底功能障碍产妇为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组采用早期盆底康复治疗,比较两组产妇盆底功能恢复的效果。结果在治疗总有效率方面,观察组的97.73%高于对照组的86.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在盆底肌力达标率方面,观察组的81.82%显著高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率为4.55%,显著低于对照组的15.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产妇产后盆底功能障碍的恢复中采用早期盆底康复治疗的效果显著,产妇的盆底肌力明显改善,生活质量明显提高。
Objective To explore the role of early pelvic floor rehabilitation in the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods 88 parturients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation,and the observation group was treated with early pelvic floor rehabilitation.The effects of pelvic floor function recovery between the two groups were compared.Results In terms of the total effective rate of treatment,97.73%of the observation group was higher than 86.36%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of pelvic floor muscle strength compliance rate,81.82%of the observation group was significantly higher than 50.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.55%,which was significantly lower than the 15.91%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy has a significant effect in the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.The pelvic floor muscle strength of the parturient is significantly improved,and the quality of life is significantly improved.
