摘要
目的分析加速康复外科护理在老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除围手术期的应用效果。方法将2018年1月—2019年1月于该院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的老年患者80例纳入研究,随机将其分为两组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用加速康复外科护理,对两组护理效果进行比较。结果观察组的术后首次离床活动时间为(5.82±1.21)h、排气时间为(28.02±3.15)h、术后住院时间为(28.02±3.15)d,短于对照组的(12.60±1.34)h、(42.18±6.30)h、(4.12±0.28)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院总费用、术后阿片类药物使用率、并发症发生率均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科护理应用于老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除围手术期的效果显著,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing in the perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients.Methods 80 elderly patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were included in the study,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and patients in the observation group were treated with accelerated rehabilitation surgery.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time of first getting out of bed after operation in the observation group was(5.82±1.21)h,the exhaust time was(28.02±3.15)h,and the postoperative hospital stay was(28.02±3.15)d,which were shorter than the control group's(12.60±1.34)h,(42.18±6.30)h and(4.12±0.28)d,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total hospitalization expenses,postoperative opioid use rate,and complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing is effective in the perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients and is worthy of application.
