摘要
目的探讨快速康复护理模式在乳腺癌患者化疗期的应用价值。方法将该院2017年2月—2019年11月收治的126例乳腺癌化疗患者随机分为两组,每组63例,对照组行常规护理,研究组采用快速康复护理模式,对比两组的护理服务质量满意度、化疗药物耐受率、自我管理行为评分以及护理前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和生活质量评分。结果护理后,研究组的护理服务质量满意度、化疗药物耐受率高于对照组,沟通行为评分、认知症状管理评分以及运动锻炼评分均高于对照组,SAS评分以及SDS评分均低于对照组,躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能以及社会功能评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为乳腺癌化疗患者实施快速康复护理模式,能获取较好效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application value of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods From February 2017 to November 2019,126 breast cancer chemotherapy patients in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,63 cases in each group.Routine nursing was performed in the control group,and rapid rehabilitation nursing mode was implemented in the study group.The satisfaction of nursing service quality,tolerance rate of chemotherapy drugs,score of self-management behavior and scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Selfrating Depression Scale(SDS)and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the satisfaction of nursing service quality and tolerance rate of chemotherapy drugs of the study group were higher than those of the control group,communication behavior scores,cognitive symptom management scores,and motor exercise scores were higher than those of the control group,SAS scores as well as SDS scores were lower than those of the control group,the scores of physical function,role function,cognitive function and social function were all higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation nursing mode for breast cancer chemotherapy patients can obtain better effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
