团体认知行为结合综合心理干预对情绪障碍患儿心理应激及行为状态的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Group Cognitive Behavior Combined with Comprehensive Psychological Intervention on Psychological Stress and Performance Status of Children with Emotional Disorders

摘要 目的探讨团体认知行为结合综合心理干预在情绪障碍患儿中的应用效果.方法选择2019年10月—2020年10月该院收治的情绪障碍患儿96例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患儿分为两组,每组48例.对照组实施综合心理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用团体认知行为干预,均持续干预6周.对比两组患儿的心理应激、行为状态及护理满意度.结果两组干预前的应激反应问卷(stress response questionnaire,SRQ)评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后的SRQ评分低于对照组及干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组干预前的Achenbach儿童行为量表(Achenbach's child behavior checklist,CBCL)评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后的CBCL评分低于对照组及干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理满意度95.83%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论团体认知行为结合综合心理干预应用于情绪障碍患儿的效果确切,可改善患儿的心理应激及行为状态,且护理满意度高. Objective To explore the application effect of group cognitive behavior combined with comprehensive psychological intervention in children with emotional disorders.Methods 96 cases of children with emotional disorders admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected for the study,and the children were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received comprehensive psychological intervention,and the observation group added group cognitive behavior intervention on the basis of the control group,and the intervention continued for 6 weeks.The psychological stress,performance status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of children were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the stress response questionnaire(SRQ)scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);the SRQ score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group and before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the Achenbach's child behavior checklist(CBCL)scores between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05);the CBCL score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group and before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Group cognitive behavior combined with comprehensive psychological intervention applied to children with emotional disorders has a definite effect,which can improve the children's psychological stress and performance state,and the nursing satisfaction is high.
