摘要
目的探讨穴位按摩联合产后康复治疗仪在产后乳汁淤积症治疗中的应用效果.方法选取2019年1月—2020年10月该院收治的56例产后乳汁淤积症患者,按数字随机法分成两组,每组28例.甲组采用产后康复治疗仪治疗,乙组采用产后康复治疗仪联合中医穴位按摩治疗.对比两组的治疗效果.结果治疗后,甲组治疗总有效率为78.57%,低于乙组的96.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,乙组的乳腺疏通时间短于甲组,疼痛评分低于甲组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论乳汁淤积症患者采用中医穴位按摩联合产后康复治疗仪治疗,可明显改善患者乳房胀痛及乳腺堵塞情况,治疗效果显著,值得在临床中大力推广应用.
Objective To explore the application effect of acupressure combined with postpartum rehabilitation therapy instrument in the treatment of maternal postpartum lactation stasis.Methods 56 patients with postpartum lactation stasis admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups by the numerical randomization method,with 28 cases in each group.Group A was treated with postpartum rehabilitation therapy instrument,and group B was treated with postpartum rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with TCM acupoint massage.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in group A was 78.57%,which was lower than 96.43%in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the mastopexy time in group B was shorter than that in group A,and the pain score was lower than that in group A,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The lactation stasis patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage combined with postpartum rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve breast pain and breast blockage.The treatment effect is significant,and it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
