摘要
目的研究多学科合作快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术患者中的应用效果.方法选取2018年10月—2020年10月该院收治的86例行腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌的患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组43例.对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用多学科合作模式下的快速康复外科干预.比较两组的各项观察指标.结果干预后,观察组的排气及排便时间、下床时间、首次进食时间、住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组在术后第1、3、7天的疼痛评分均低于对照组,而术后第1、3、7天的舒适度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后并发症发生率为9.30%,低于对照组的18.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论应用多学科合作快速康复外科理念可降低腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术患者的并发症发生率,有利于患者康复,并提高其舒适度,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To study the effect of multidisciplinary cooperation of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept in patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.Methods 86 patients admitted to the hospital for laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected for the study.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group used routine intervention,and the observation group used the rapid rehabilitation surgical concept intervention under the multidisciplinary cooperation model.The observation indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the time to exhaustion and defecation,time to get out of bed,time to first feeding,and hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on the 1,3,and 7 days after the operation,while the comfort scores on the first 1,3,and 7 days after the operation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 9.30%,which was lower than 18.60%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of multidisciplinary cooperation rapid rehabilitation surgery can reduce the complication rate of patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery,is conducive to the recovery of patients and improve their comfort,and is worthy of clinical application.
