摘要
目的研究腰椎间盘突出症术后患者采用张力性神经松动术对其康复效果的影响.方法选择2020年2—12月该院收治的腰椎间盘突出症术后患者48例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,各24例.对照组采用常规康复治疗,实验组在对照组基础上采用张力性神经松动术治疗.比较两组患者的康复效果.结果治疗后,实验组的日本骨科协会(Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA)评分(17.54±1.08)分、生活质量(short form 36 questionnaire,SF-36)评分(56.38±4.19)分均高于对照组的(13.98±0.89)分和(42.46±4.52)分,疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)(1.99±0.45)分低于对照组的(2.49±0.55)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组的腰神经根紧张试验角度(55.78±7.68)°及坐骨神经紧张试验角度(70.58±9.93)°均大于对照组的(49.30±6.29)°和(62.96±9.28)°,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组的治疗总有效率95.83%高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论腰椎间盘突出症术后患者采用张力性神经松动术治疗,可以提升患者的康复效果.
Objective To study the effect of tension nerve Loosening technique on the rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation after surgery.Methods The 48 postoperative patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the hospital from February to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the random number table method,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation,and the experimental group was treated with tension nerve loosening technique on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation effect of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)and the short form 36 questionnaire(SF-36)of the experimental group were(17.54±1.08)points and(56.38±4.19)points,respectively,which were higher than(13.98±0.89)points and(42.46±4.52)points of the control group,the pain visual analogue score(VAS)was(1.99±0.45)points of the experimental group,which was lower than(2.49±0.55)points of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The tension test angle of the lumbar nerve root and the tension test angle of the sciatic nerve in the experimental group were(55.78±7.68)°and(70.58±9.93)°,which were higher than(49.30±6.29)°and(62.96±9.28)°of the control group,and the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.83%,which was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with lumbar disc herniation after surgery undergo tension nerve Loosening teclnique,which can improve the patient's rehabilitation effect.
