扶正安肺汤联合综合康复训练对肺癌康复期患者肺功能及生活质量的影响

摘要目的研究扶正安肺汤联合综合康复训练对肺癌康复期患者肺功能及生活质量的影响.方法选择2017年10月—2018年10月该院收治的肺癌康复期患者100例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组采用运动训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用扶正安肺汤联合综合康复训练,比较两组患者的肺功能相关指标以及生活质量.结果治疗后,观察组患者的各项肺功能指标均高于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组患者的躯体功能、社会功能、生活精力及睡眠质量评分分别为(89.56±3.31)分、(82.98±5.46)分、(88.52±5.22)分、(86.54±4.30)分,均显著高于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论扶正安肺汤联合综合康复训练可有效改善肺癌康复期患者的肺功能和生活质量,值得临床推广. Objective To study the effect of Fuzheng Anfei Decoction combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on lung function and quality of life of patients with lung cancer during rehabilitation period.Methods 100 patients with lung cancer in rehabilitation period admitted to this hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divide into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received exercise training,and the observation group used Fuzheng Anfei Decoction combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The lung function-related indicators and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the lung function indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the physical function,social fanction living energy and sleep qaality scores of the patients in the observation group were(89.56±3.31)points,(82.98±5.46)points,(88.52±5.22)points,and(86.54±4.30)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Anfei Decoction combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training can effectively improve the lung function and quality of life of patients with lung cancer during the rehabilitation period,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
