摘要
目的分析脊椎骨折患者采用微创经皮椎弓根螺钉联合伤椎置钉治疗的效果.方法选择该院2019年1月—2020年10月收治的86例脊椎骨折患者为研究对象,根据手术方式不同将其分为两组,每组43例.对照组行开放性固定治疗,观察组行微创经皮椎弓根螺钉+伤椎置钉治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效及各项手术指标.结果观察组脊椎骨折的治疗有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的伤椎Cobb角及VAS评分均低于对照组,伤椎前缘高度比值高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脊椎骨折患者采用微创经皮椎弓根螺钉联合伤椎置钉治疗的效果良好,可减少患者术中出血量,恢复伤椎Cobb角,减轻疼痛程度,缩短患者治疗时间,适合推广应用.
Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw combined with screw placement in patients with vertebral fracture.Methods A total of 86 patients with spinal fracture admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with open fixation,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw+screw placement.The clinical efficacy and surgical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of spinal fracture in the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Cobb angle and VAS score of the injured vertebrae in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the anterior height ratio of the injured vertebrae was higher than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw combined with screw placement in injured vertebrae has a good effect on patients with spinal fracture,which can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,restore the Cobb Angle of injured vertebrae,reduce the degree of pain and shorten the treatment time of patients.It is suitable for popularization and application.
