摘要
目的探讨小青龙汤加减方穴位贴敷治疗对慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者心功能及中医症状积分的影响.方法选择2019年2月—2020年11月就诊于该院的94例CHF患者,按随机数字表法分为联合组(47例)和对照组(47例).对照组接受常规西药治疗,联合组在对照组基础上加用小青龙汤加减方穴位贴敷治疗,连续治疗10 d.比较两组治疗前后的中医症状积分、运动功能、心功能、不良反应.结果与对照组相比,联合组治疗后的中医症状积分更低,6 min步行试验距离更长,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗后的左心室射血分数为(54.81±5.76)%,高于对照组的(48.54±5.69)%,血浆脑钠肽水平为(416.45±35.69)pg/mL,低于对照组的(811.45±62.67)pg/mL,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组均未发生明显不良反应.结论小青龙汤加减方穴位贴敷可减轻CHF患者的中医症状,改善其心功能、运动功能,且安全性高.
Objective To explore the effects of addition and subtraction of Xiaoqinglong Decoction prescriptions acupoint application on the cardiac function and TCM symptoms scores of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 94 CHF patients who were admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into a combination group(47 cases)and a control group(47 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the combined group was treated with addition and subtraction of Xiaoqinglong Decoction prescriptions acupoint application,the two groups were treated continuously for 10 days.Compare the scores of TCM symptoms,motor function,heart function before and after treatment,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the TCM symptom scores of the combined group after treatment were lower,and the 6 minute walking test distance was longer,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the combined group was(54.81±5.76)%,which was higher than(48.54±5.69)%of the control group,and the level of brainnatriureticpeptide was(416.45±35.69)pg/mL,which was lower than(811.45±62.67)pg/mL of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Addition and subtraction of Xiaoqinglong Decoction prescriptions acupoint application can relieve TCM symptoms of CHF patients,improve heart function and motor function,and has high safety.
