摘要
目的探讨中医针灸结合饮食疗法在急性痛风性关节炎患者中的应用价值.方法选择该院2018年11月—2020年11月收治的96例急性痛风性关节炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组48例.对照组采取常规治疗,研究组采取中医针灸结合饮食疗法,持续治疗30 d.对比分析两组的疼痛程度、炎性因子水平.结果治疗前,两组的疼痛程度、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-6、IL-1β相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的疼痛程度轻于对照组,TNF-α(12.15±2.68)pg/mL、IL-6(158.24±13.69)pg/mL、IL-1β(73.50±7.92)pg/mL均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医针灸结合饮食疗法能够有效缓解急性痛风性关节炎患者的疼痛程度,减轻机体炎症反应,促进病情恢复.
Objective To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with diet therapy in patients with acute gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 96 patients with acute gouty arthritis admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the study group received traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with diet therapy,both of which continued for 30 day.The pain degree and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups when comparing the level of pain,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6,and IL-1β(P>0.05);after treatment,the study group had less pain than the control group,and the TNF-α(12.15±2.68)pg/mL,IL-6(158.24±13.69)pg/mL,and IL-1β(73.50±7.92)pg/mL were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with diet therapy can effectively relieve the pain level of patients with acute gouty arthritis,reduce the inflammatory response of the body,and promote the recovery of the disease.
