摘要
目的探讨中频治疗仪联合祛瘀止痛软膏对踝关节扭伤患者康复的影响.方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月至医院就诊的踝关节扭伤患者82例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组41例及观察组41例.对照组采用电脑中频治疗仪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用祛瘀止痛软膏治疗,均治疗2周.比较两组的疗效,并比较两组治疗前、治疗1、2周时的疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)及美国足踝外科协会(American Society of Foot and Ankle Surgery,AOFAS)踝-后足评分系统评分.结果比较两组的治疗总有效率,观察组的97.56%高于对照组的80.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的VAS评分,治疗1周时,两组评分均低于治疗前,且观察组评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周时,两组评分均低于治疗前及治疗1周时,且观察组评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的AOFAS踝-后足评分系统评分,治疗1周时,两组评分均高于治疗前,且观察组评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周时,两组评分均高于治疗前及治疗1周时,且观察组评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用中频治疗仪联合祛瘀止痛软膏治疗踝关节扭伤患者,可有效缓解其关节疼痛,促进患者踝关节功能康复.
Objective To investigate the effect of the combination of an intermediate frequency therapeutic apparatus and Quyu Zhitong Ointment on the rehabilitation of patients with ankle sprains.Methods A total of 82 patients with ankle sprain who went to hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into a control group of 41 cases and an observation group of 41 cases according to random number table method.The control group was treated with a computerized intermediate frequency therapeutic apparatus,and the observation group was treated with Quyu Zhitong Ointment on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The treatment efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and the American Society of Foot and Ankle Surgery(AOFAS)ankle-hindfoot scoring system scores were compared between the two groups before treatment,1 and 2 weeks of treatment.Results Compared the effective rate of the two groups,97.56%of the observation group was higher than 80.49%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the VAS scores of the two groups,at 1 week of treatment,the scores of the two groups were lower than before,and the score of the the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of both groups were lower than before and 1 week of treatment,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the AOFAS ankle-posterior foot scoring system scores of the two groups,at 1 week of treatment,the scores of the two groups were higher than before,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of the two groups were higher than those before and 1 week after treatment,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ankle sprain patients with intermediate frequency therapy instrument combined with Quyu Zhitong Ointment can effectively relieve their joint pain and promote the rehabilitation of ankle function.
