摘要
目的分析游灸罐联合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的临床疗效.方法选择2020年3—12月该院收治的86例神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=43).对照组接受牵引联合中频电疗仪治疗,观察组接受牵引联合游灸罐治疗.对比两组患者治疗前后的颈椎神经功能评分、疼痛评分、症状评分以及临床疗效.结果治疗后,观察组的颈椎神经功能评分、疼痛评分均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的麻木、颈部疼痛、眩晕评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的总有效率为97.67%,高于对照组的83.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论临床针对神经根型颈椎病患者采用牵引联合游灸罐治疗,能够提升临床疗效,改善患者临床症状,促进其颈椎功能恢复,有较高的推广应用价值.
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of tour moxibustion cupping combined with traction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 86 patients with cervical spondylosis radiculopathy admitted to the hospital from March to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group(n=43)and a control group(n=43).The control group received traction combined with intermediate frequency electrotherapy treatment,and the observation group received traction combined with tour moxibustion cupping treatment.The cervical spine nerve function score,pain score,symptom score before and after treatment and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the cervical spine nerve function score and pain score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of numbness,neck pain,and dizziness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than 83.72%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy by traction combined with tour moxibustion cupping enhance the clinical efficacy,improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,and promote the recovery of their cervical spine function,which has high promotion and application value.
