摘要
目的 分析联合应用针灸与身痛逐瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀型腰痛的临床疗效。方法 选取该院2019年1月—2020年10月收治的98例气滞血瘀型腰痛患者作为研究对象,将接受身痛逐瘀汤治疗的49例患者作为对照组,将采用针灸联合身痛逐瘀汤治疗的49例患者作为观察组。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平变化情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的73.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前JOA评分、VAS评分、IL-1β、TNF-α水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组JOA评分高于对照组,VAS评分、IL-1β、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 气滞血瘀型腰痛患者联合采用针灸与身痛逐瘀汤治疗,具有温经通脉、活血化瘀、行气止痛的功效,可以有效提升治疗效果,减轻疼痛,改善腰部功能,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of combined application of acupuncture and moxibustion and Shentong Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of low back pain of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods To analyze the clinical efficacy of combined application of acupuncture and Shentong Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of low back pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.A total of 98 patients with low back pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,the 49 patients who received Shentong Zhuyu decoction were selected as the control group,and the 49 patients who received acupuncture combined with Shentong Zhuyu decoction were selected as the observation group.The treatment effect,Japanese Orthopaedic Associationscores(JOA)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%,which was higher than 73.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the JOA score,VAS score,IL-1βand TNF-αlevels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the JOA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the VAS score,IL-1βand TNF-αlevels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and Shentong Zhuyu decoction for low back pain patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis has the effects of warming meridians,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,promoting qi and relieving pain,which can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce pain,and improve waist function,it has high clinical application value.
