摘要
目的 探讨温针灸联合腰椎牵引疗法对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者疼痛、腰椎功能及炎症因子的影响。方法 选取本院2019年3月—2020年11月收治的86例LDH患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=43)和治疗组(n=43)。对照组采用腰椎牵引疗法治疗,治疗组采用腰椎牵引疗法联合温针灸治疗。对比两组腰痛程度、腰椎功能、炎症因子。结果 治疗前,两组的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Osweatry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的VAS评分、ODI评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组的VAS评分为(3.42±0.67)分、ODI评分为(4.49±1.21)分,均低于对照组的(6.32±1.06)分、(9.75±2.14)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的各项炎症因子水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的血沉、C反应蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组较对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 温针灸联合腰椎牵引疗法治疗LDH可降低患者的炎症因子水平,减轻腰痛程度,改善腰椎功能。
Objective To investigate the effects of warm acupuncture combined with lumbar traction therapy on pain,lumbar spine function and inflammatory factors in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 86 LDH patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=43)and the treatment group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with lumbar traction therapy,while the treatment group was treated with lumbar traction therapy combined with warm acupuncture.The degree of low back pain,lumbar spine function and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Osweatry disability index(ODI)scores of the two groups were compared,and there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS score and ODI score of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score of the treatment group was(3.42±0.67)points and ODI score was(4.49±1.21)points,which were lower than those of the control group(6.32±1.06)points and(9.75±2.14)points,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of various inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with lumbar traction therapy in the treatment of LDH can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,reduce the degree of low back pain,and improve the function of the lumbar spine.
