摘要
目的 调查分析孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童的摄食、排便和过敏性疾病情况,明确其临床特征。方法 共纳入2019年1—12月在苏州市立医院(本部)儿童发展中心就诊的ASD儿童20例为研究对象。向确诊ASD儿童的法定监护人发放自制调查问卷,对ASD儿童的一般资料、摄食、排便和既往过敏性疾病发生情况进行调查。并对ASD儿童的摄食异常、排便异常和过敏性疾病发生情况进行相关性分析。结果 在纳入的ASD儿童中,摄食异常发生率为60%,排便异常发生率为75%,既往有过敏史或曾患过敏性疾病的比例为80%。排除年龄和性别的影响后,排便异常与过敏性疾病之间存在正相关性(P<0.05),摄食异常与排便异常和过敏性疾病之间不存在相关性(P>0.05)。结论 ASD儿童普遍存在摄食异常、排便异常和过敏性疾病,且排便异常与过敏性疾病之间存在正相关性。
Objective To investigate and analyze the abnormal dietary,defecation and allergic diseases in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD),and to clarify their clinical characteristics.Methods A total of 20 children with ASD who were admitted to the Child Development Center of Suzhou Municipal Hospital(head office)from January to December 2019 were included in the study.A self-made questionnaire was distributed to the legal guardians of children diagnosed with ASD to investigate the general information,dietary,defecation and the occurrence of previous allergic diseases of children with ASD.The correlation between abnormal dietary and defecation and allergic diseases in children with ASD was analyzed.Results In the enrolled children with ASD,the incidence of abnormal dietary was 60%,the incidence of abnormal defecation was 75%,and the proportion of previous allergies or allergic diseases was 80%.After excluding the effects of age and gender,there was a positive correlation between abnormal defecation and allergic diseases(P<0.05),while there was no correlation between abnormal dietary,abnormal defecation and allergic diseases(P>0.05).Conclusion Diet abnormalities,defecation abnormalities and allergic diseases are prevalent in children with ASD,and a positive correlation has been found between defecation abnormalities and allergic diseases in children with ASD.
