摘要
目的 探究经皮神经肌肉电刺激联合表情肌康复训练对周围性面瘫患者面神经功能的影响。方法 选取本院2019年6月—2020年11月收治的78例周围性面瘫患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组采用经皮神经肌肉电刺激治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取表情肌康复训练,均持续治疗4周。比较两组的面神经功能及症状严重程度。结果 治疗前,两组的House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级、面部残疾指数量表(FDI)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的H-B分级优于对照组,FDI中的躯体功能、社会生活功能维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 经皮神经肌肉电刺激联合表情肌康复训练治疗周围性面瘫的效果确切,能够提高患者面神经功能,减轻面瘫症状。
Objective To explore the effect of transcutaneous neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with expressive muscle rehabilitation training on facial nerve function in patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 78 patients with peripheral facial paralysis who were admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with transcutaneous neuromuscular electrical stimulation,and the observation group was treated with expressive muscle rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group,and the treatment was continued for 4 weeks.The facial nerve function and symptom severity were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the House-Brackmann(HB)facial nerve function classification and facial disability index(FDI)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the H-B classification in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the physical function and social life function dimension scores in FDI were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcutaneous neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with facial expression muscle rehabilitation training is effective in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,which can improve the facial nerve function of patients and reduce the symptoms of facial paralysis.
