摘要
目的分析结核病合并艾滋病患者采用个案管理护理干预的临床效果.方法选取本院2019年6月—2020年6月收治的结核病合并艾滋病患者33例为研究对象,按照不同护理方式分成两组,即对照组(8例,采用常规护理干预)与观察组(25例,在对照组基础上采用个案管理护理干预).比较两组患者的自我管理水平、焦虑评分(SAS)、抑郁评分(SDS)、生活质量评分(SF-36)、治疗依从性及疾病知识掌握程度.结果干预后,观察组的SAS评分为(52.46±4.95)分,SDS评分为(47.62±2.06)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的治疗依从性、自我管理水平及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的疾病知识知晓率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论结核病合并艾滋病患者采用个案管理护理干预可取得更好的临床效果,即明显改善患者的负性心理与生活质量,提高其治疗依从性及自我管理水平,在临床实践中具有较高的应用价值.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of case management nursing intervention in patients with tuberculo sis complicated with AIDS.Methods 33 patients with tuberculosis complicated with AIDS admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,namely control group(8 cases,receiving routine nursing intervention)and observation group(25 cases,receiving case management nurs ing intervention on the basis of control group).The self-management level,anxiety score(SAS),depression score(SDS),quality of life score(SF-36),treatment compliance and disease knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results After in tervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were(52.46±4.95)points and(47.62±2.06)points,respec tively,which were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After inter vention,the scores of treatment compliance,self-management level and quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the disease knowl edge awareness rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 50.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of case management nursing intervention in patients with tuberculosis complicated with AIDS can achieve better clinical effect,that is,significantly improve patients'neg ative psychology and quality of life,improve their treatment compliance and self-management level,which has high applica tion value in clinical practice.
