摘要
目的探讨延续性护理在玻璃体腔注硅油术后出院患者居家康复中的应用效果.方法选取2019年1月—2020年10月盐城市大丰人民医院眼科收治的72例行玻璃体腔注硅油术后出院的患者为研究对象,依据院外护理模式不同分为两组.对照组36例,接受常规居家康复指导;观察组36例,在对照组基础上接受延续性护理.末次随访时使用该院自制调查问卷评价两组患者健康知识掌握情况,评价两组患者居家康复依从性,于出院当日与末次随访时采用中文版低视力者生存质量量表(CLVQOL)评价两组患者生活质量.结果末次随访时,观察组健康知识掌握优良率88.89%高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组用药、饮食、体位、复诊依从优良率分别为94.44%、86.11%、91.67%、97.22%,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组末次随访时CLVQOL评分为(85.27±7.64)分,高于对照组的(79.11±9.30)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论临床予以玻璃体腔注硅油术后出院患者延续性护理,可以有效提高患者的健康知识掌握水平与居家康复依从性,对促进患者术后康复、提高院外生活质量具有积极作用,值得临床推广.
Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing in home rehabilitation of discharged patients after intravitreal injection of silicone oil.Methods A total of 72 patients who were discharged after after intravitreal injection of silicone oil admitted to the Ophthalmology Department of Yancheng Dafeng People's Hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to different out-of-hospital nursing modes.36 cases in the control group received routine home rehabilitation guidance;36 cases in the observation group received continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.At the last follow-up,the self-made questionnaire of the hospital was used to evaluate the mastery of health knowledge in the two groups of patients,home rehabilitation compliance was evaluated in both groups of patients,the Chinese-Version low vision quality of life questionnaire(CLVQOL)was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups of patients on the day of discharge and at the last follow-up.Results At the last follow-up,the excellent and good rate of mastery of health knowledge in the observation group was 88.89%,which was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rates of medication,diet,body position,and follow-up consultation in the observation group were 94.44%,86.11%,91.67%,and 97.22%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CLVQOL score of the observation group at the last follow-up was(85.27±7.64)points,which was higher than(79.11±9.30)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing for discharged patients after intravitreal injection of silicone oil can effectively improve the patient's health knowledge mastery and compliance with home rehabilitation,and has a positive effect on promoting postoperative rehabilitation and improving the quality of life outside the hospital,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
