改良家庭肺康复训练结合小剂量氨茶碱对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺通气功能及运动耐力的影响

摘要 目的探究改良家庭肺康复训练结合小剂量氨茶碱对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺通气功能及运动耐力的影响.方法选取本院2019年8月—2020年9月收治的98例COPD患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组49例和观察组49例.两组均进行常规肺康复训练,在此基础上,对照组采用小剂量氨茶碱治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用改良家庭肺康复训练.比较两组的肺通气功能、运动耐力.结果治疗前,两组的肺通气功能、运动耐力比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量值、呼吸峰值流速及每分钟最大通气量均高于对照组,6 min步行试验距离长于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论改良家庭肺康复训练结合小剂量氨茶碱可有效改善COPD患者的肺通气功能,提高其运动耐力. Objective To explore the effect of modified home pulmonary rehabilitation training combined with low-dose aminophylline on pulmonary ventilation function and exercise tolerance in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 98 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group with 49 cases and the observation group with 49 cases according to the random number table method.Both groups received conventional pulmonary rehabilitation training,on this basis,the control group received low-dose aminophylline treatment,and the observation group received modified home pulmonary rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The pulmonary ventilation function and exercise tolerance of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in pulmonary ventilation function and exercise tolerance between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the forced expiratory volume in the one second,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in the one second of forced vital capacity,peak expiratory flow and maximal ventilatory volume were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the 6 min walk test distance was longer than in the control group,the differences was statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified home pulmonary rehabilitation training combined with low-dose aminophylline can effectively improve the pulmonary ventilation function and exercise endurance of COPD patients.
