摘要
目的探讨推拿手法治疗对肩周炎患者疗效、疼痛程度及肩关节功能的影响.方法选取该院2019年10月-2021年4月收治的96例肩周炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组48例.对照组采用临床常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用推拿手法治疗.比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后疼痛程度及肩关节功能.结果治疗后,研究组的总有效率(93.75%)显著高于对照组(77.08%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组治疗后的疼痛视觉模拟评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组治疗后的Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用推拿手法治疗肩周炎的效果显著,可明显缓解患者疼痛程度,改善肩关节功能.
Objective To explore the effect of massage therapy on the curative effect,pain degree and shoulder joint function of patients with frozen shoulder.Methods A total of 96 patients with frozen shoulder in the hospital from October 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to a random number table,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine clinical treatment,and the study group was treated with massage manipulation on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,pain degree and shoulder joint function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group(93.75%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.08%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale of pain after treatment in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Constant-Murley shoulder function score of the study group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage manipulation is effective in the treatment of frozen shoulder,which can significantly alleviate the patient's pain degree and improve shoulder joint function.
