摘要
目的分析吞咽治疗仪联合功能训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者康复效果的影响.方法选取该院2019年1月-2021年1月收治的60例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组30例.对照组采用功能训练,观察组采用吞咽治疗仪联合功能训练,均连续干预1个月.比较两组干预1个月后的疗效;干预前、干预1个月后洼田饮水试验分级情况、电视透视吞咽功能检查(video fluoroscopic swallowing study,VFSS)评分;干预期间并发症发生情况.结果干预1个月后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的VFSS评分均高于各组干预前,洼田饮水试验分级均低于各组干预前,且观察组的VFSS评分高于对照组,洼田饮水试验分级低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预1个月内,两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论吞咽治疗仪联合功能训练能够促进脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者康复,改善其吞咽功能,且不增加并发症发生率.
Objective To analyze the effect of swallowing therapeutic apparatus combined with functional training on the rehabilitation effect of patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods 60 patients with post-stroke swallowing dysfunction admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group,the control group used functional training,and the observation group used swallowing therapeutic apparatus combined with functional training,both of which were continuously intervened for 1 month.Compare the efficacy after 1 month of intervention,watian drinking water test classification and video fluoroscopic swallowing study(VFSS)score before and 1 month after intervention,and complications during the intervention period of the two groups.Results After 1 month of intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the VFSS scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the Watian drinking water test classification was lower than that of each group before the intervention,and the VFSS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the Watian drinking water test classification was lower than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Within 1 month of intervention,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Swallowing therapeutic apparatus combined with functional training can promote the recovery of patients with dysphagia after stroke,improve the swallowing function of patients,and do not increase the incidence of complications.
