摘要
目的 研究重复经颅磁刺激配合艾灸治疗偏头痛的临床疗效.方法 选取该院神经内科2019年2月—2021年2月收治的100例偏头痛患者,采用随机抽样法分为研究组与对照组,各50例.研究组采用重复经颅磁刺激配合艾灸治疗,对照组采用假刺激治疗.评价对比两组患者的疼痛评分、头痛发作频率、止痛药使用次数以及临床综合疗效.结果 治疗结束及治疗后1个月,研究组患者的疼痛评分、头痛发作频率以及止痛药使用次数均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗结束及治疗后1个月,研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率(82.00%)显著高于对照组58.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 采用重复经颅磁刺激配合艾灸治疗偏头痛具有安全性高和耐受性好的特点,疗效显著且不良反应少,具备实际使用价值.
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with moxibustion in the treatment of migraine.Methods Select 100 migraine patients admitted to the department of neurology of the hospital from February 2019 to February 2021.The random sampling method was used to divide a study group and a control group,each group with 50 cases.The study group was treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with moxibustion,and the control group was treated with false stimulation.The pain scores,the frequency of headache attacks,the number of times analgesics were used,and the clinical comprehensive efficacy of the two groups of patients were evaluated and compared.Results End of treatment and 1 month treatment,the pain score,the frequency of headache attacks,and the number of analgesics used in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).End of treatment and 1 month after treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment was 82%,with was much higher than that of the control group(58%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with moxibustion in the treatment of migraine has the characteristics of high safety and good tolerability,significant curative effect and few adverse reactions,and has practical use value.
