摘要
目的 探讨利培酮在康复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果及对认知功能的影响.方法 选择2019年1月—2020年6月该院收治的50例康复期精神分裂症患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组25例.对照组采用奥氮平治疗,观察组采用利培酮治疗,比较两组治疗前、治疗3个月后的认知功能、糖脂代谢水平及安全性.结果 治疗3个月后,两组的认知功能均得到明显改善,且观察组的非连续错误次数、连续错误次数、正确反应次数、总测试次数、阳性与阴性症状量表评分和分类数目均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗3个月后均伴有不同程度糖脂代谢异常,但观察组的糖脂代谢水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组用药期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 康复期精神分裂症患者采用利培酮治疗,有助于改善其认知功能,对机体糖脂代谢的影响较小,未增加药物不良反应发生率,值得推广应用.
Objective To explore the effect of risperidone in the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia and its impact on cognitive function.Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,50 patients with schizophrenia who were admitted to the hospital during the rehabilitation period were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine and the observation group was treated with risperidone.The cognitive function,glucose and lipid metabolism level and safety of the two groups before treatment and after 3 months of treatment were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the cognitive function of the two groups was significantly improved.And the number of non-consecutive errors,the number of consecutive errors,the number of correct responses,the total number of tests,positive and negative symptom scale scores and the number of classifications in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the two groups were accompanied by abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism,but the level of glucose and lipid metabolism in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during durg administration(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of risperidone in patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation period can help improve their cognitive function.It has little effect on the body's glucose and lipid metabolism,and does not increase the incidence of adverse drug reactions.It is worthy of popularization and application.
