Effect of Rehabilitation Training Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Massage on Limb Function of Patients with Stroke and Hemiplegia

摘要目的探讨康复训练联合中医推拿对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能的影响.方法将2019年4月—2021年2月在该院就诊的脑卒中偏瘫患者共计86例作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组(43例)与对照组(43例).对照组采用康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上采用中医推拿.对比两组临床疗效、肢体运动功能、日常生活活动能力以及生活质量.结果研究组治疗后康复总有效率为95.35%,较对照组的79.07%更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组治疗后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表、Berg平衡量表、改良Barthel指数、脑卒中影响量表评分分别为(69.66±6.15)分、(47.93±3.45)分、(68.88±5.19)分、(228.76±10.44)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论康复训练联合中医推拿应用于脑卒中偏瘫患者中,有利于减轻神经功能损伤,增强其肢体运动功能,从而改善日常生活活动能力及生活质量. Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation training combined with TCM massage on the limb function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 86 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a study group(43 cases)and a control group(43 cases)according to a random number table.The control group used rehabilitation training,and the study group used TCM massage on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,motor function of limbs,activities of daily living and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of rehabilitation after treatment in the study group was 95.35%,which was higher than 79.07%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer assessment,Berg balance scale,modified Barthel index,and stroke impact scale scores of the study group were(69.66±6.15)points,(47.93±3.45)points,(68.88±5.19)points,and(228.76±10.44)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training combined with TCM massage is used in stroke patients with hemiplegia,which is beneficial to reduce the patients'neurological damage,enhance their limb motor function,and thereby improve their activities of daily living and quality of life.
