摘要
目的 探讨绘画治疗对青少年抑郁症患者康复效果的影响.方法 选取2018年12月—2021年1月该院收治的96例青少年抑郁症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组(n=48)与对照组(n=48).对照组采用常规药物治疗及常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上联合绘画治疗.两组疗程均为4周.治疗前后,比较两组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)、护士用住院病人观察量表(nurses observation scale for inpatient evaluation,NOSIE)评分.结果 干预前,两组患者的HAMD、HAMA评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的上述评分均低于干预前,且观察组的HAMD、HAMA评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组患者的各项NOSIE评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的各项评分均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 青少年抑郁症患者采用绘画治疗,可明显缓解焦虑情绪,改善精神和社会功能,提高康复效果,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To explore the effect of drawing therapy on the rehabilitation effect of adolescent depression patients.Methods 96 cases of adolescent depression patients admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group(n=48)and a control group(n=48)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional medication and routine nursing,and the observation group was combined with painting on the basis of the control group.The treatment course was 4 weeks in both groups.Before and after treatment,the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),and nurses observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE)scores of the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups when comparing the HAMD and HAMA scores(P>0.05);after the intervention,the above scores of both groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the HAMD and HAMA scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups when comparing the various NOSIE scores of patients in both groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,all NOSIE scores of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adolescent depression patients treated with drawing can significantly relieve anxiety,improve mental and social functions,and enhance the rehabilitation effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
