吞咽训练联合表面肌电生物反馈训练对脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的改善效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析吞咽训练联合表面肌电生物反馈训练对脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的改善效果.方法选取2019年9月—2020年9月在该院接受治疗的脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者共80例,根据干预方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,各40例.对照组采用吞咽训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用表面肌电生物反馈训练.比较两组的临床效果、干预前后的吞咽功能改善情况及生活质量.结果干预后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者干预后的标准吞咽功能评定量表、视频吞咽障碍造影评分量表评分均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组干预后的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论吞咽训练联合表面肌电生物反馈训练可以显著改善脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能,且能提高患者的生活质量,值得进一步推广. Objective To analyze the effect of swallowing training combined with surface electromyography biofeedback training on the improvement of swallowing function in patients with swallowing disorder after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with swallowing disorder after cerebral infarction who were treated in the hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected.According to the different intervention methods,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used swallowing training,and the observation group used surface electromyography biofeedback training on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,the improvement of swallowing function before and after the intervention,and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The standardized swallowing assessment and videofluoroscopic dysphagia scale scores of the observation group after intervention were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Swallowing training combined with surface electromyography biofeedback training can significantly improve the swallowing function of patients with swallowing disorder after cerebral infarction,and can improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of further promotion.
