摘要
目的探究泮托拉唑联合多潘立酮对慢性浅表性胃炎患者胃肠功能及临床症状的影响.方法选取该院2020年3月—2021年3月收治的122例慢性浅表性胃炎患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组两组,每组61例.对照组口服泮托拉唑钠肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服多潘立酮片治疗.比较两组的治疗效果、症状评分、疼痛评分及安全性.结果比较两组的治疗总有效率,观察组的95.08%高于对照组的80.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的症状评分及疼痛评分,两组治疗前的各项分数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后的各项分数均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的不良反应发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论慢性浅表性胃炎患者采用泮托拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗能够有效减轻临床症状,缓解疼痛,促进胃肠功能恢复,且安全性较高,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the effects of pantoprazole combined with domperidone on gastrointestinal function and clinical symptoms in patients with chronic superficial gastritis.Methods A total of 122 patients with chronic superficial gastritis admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated tablet,and the observation group was treated with dom peridone tablet based on the control group.The treatment effect,symptom score,pain score and safety were compared between the two groups.Results Compared the total effective rate between the two groups,the observation group’s 95.08%was higher than the control group’s 80.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the symptom scores and pain scores between the two groups,there were no significant differences in the scores before treatment(P>0.05);the scores of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Pantoprazole combined with domperidone can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,relieve pain and promote gastrointestinal function recovery in patients with chronic superficial gastritis,with high safety and worthy of clinical application.
