电刺激生物反馈疗法联合盆底肌肉锻炼对产后压力性尿失禁患者尿流动力学的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨电刺激生物反馈疗法联合盆底肌肉锻炼在产后压力性尿失禁患者中的应用效果.方法选择2020年2月—2021年1月该院收治的产后压力性尿失禁患者84例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例.对照组采取盆底肌肉锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上联合电刺激生物反馈疗法,两组均干预10周.对比两组尿流动力学及盆底肌力.结果干预前,两组的各项尿流动力学指标水平、盆底肌力评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组的各项尿流动力学指标水平、盆底肌力评分均高于干预前,且观察组的最大尿道闭合压、腹压漏尿点压及膀胱顺应性水平及盆底肌力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论盆底肌肉锻炼联合电刺激生物反馈疗法能够改善产后压力性尿失禁患者的尿流动力学水平,提高其盆底肌力水平. Objective To explore the effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise in patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods A total of 84 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group took pelvic floor muscle exercises,and the observation group was combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups intervened for 10 weeks.The urodynamics and pelvic floor muscle strength were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the levels of various urodynamic indexes and pelvic floor muscle strength scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the urodynamic index levels and pelvic floor muscle strength scores of the two groups were higher than before the intervention,and the observation group’s max urethral closure pressure,valsalva leak point pressures,bladder compliance and pelvic floor muscle strength scores were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor muscle exercise combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy can improve the urodynamic level of patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence and increase their pelvic floor muscle strength.
