摘要
目的探究单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变患者采用揿针联合中药穴位贴敷治疗的临床效果及其对视功能的影响.方法选取该院2020年6月-2021年4月门诊及住院部收治的90例单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组均为45例.两组患者均予以糖尿病基础治疗,观察组患者采用揿针联合中药穴位贴敷治疗,对照组患者采用揿针治疗,对比两组患者治疗后8周平均视力、30°视野视网膜光敏感度、30~60°视野视网膜光敏感度,以及生活质量评分.结果两组治疗后8周观察组平均视力、30°视野视网膜光敏感度、30~60°视野视网膜光敏感度,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗后8周观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变患者采用揿针联合中药穴位贴敷治疗可有效改善视功能,提高生活质量,便于患者接受,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and effects on visual function of treatment with press needles combined with acupoint sticking of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with uncomplicated diabetic retinopathy.Methods The 90 patients with uncomplicated diabetic retinopathy admitted to the outpatient and inpatient department of the hospital from June 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation and control groups according to the random number table method,with 45 in each group.Both groups were treated with basic therapy for diabetes mellitus,patients in the observation group were treated with press needles combined with Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medicine,and patients in the control group were treated with press needles,and the average visual acuity,30°field retinal light sensitivity,30~60°field retinal light sensitivity,and quality of life scores at 8 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The mean visual acuity,30°visual field retinal light sensitivity,and 30°to 60°visual field retinal light sensitivity at 8 weeks after treatment were higher in the two treatment groups than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The quality-of-life scores at 8 weeks after treatment were higher in the two treatment groups than in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with uncomplicated diabetic retinopathy using press needles combined with acupoint sticking of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve visual function,improve quality of life,and facilitate patient acceptance,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
