摘要
目的分析发育迟缓型儿童采用经颅磁刺激联合康复训练治疗的临床价值.方法选取该院2020年4月—2021年2月收治的发育迟缓型儿童90例为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组45例.对照组患儿进行康复训练,观察组患儿在此基础上采用经颅磁刺激治疗.比较两组患儿治疗前后的发育情况及粗大运动功能.结果治疗前,两组患儿的Gesell评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的Gesell评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患儿的各项粗大运动功能评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的A、B、C、D功能区评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论发育迟缓型儿童采用经颅磁刺激联合康复训练治疗的效果明显,可促进患儿整体发育,改善粗大运动功能,值得临床应用.
Objective To analyze the clinical value of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with rehabilitation training for children with developmental delay.Methods A total of 90 cases of developmental delay children admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation training,and the observation group received transcranial magnetic stimulation on this basis.The development and gross motor function of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Gesell score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the Gesell score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in gross motor function scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of functional zones A,B,C and D in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with rehabilitation training has obvious effect on children with developmental delay,which can promote the overall development of children and improve gross motor function,worthy of clinical application.
