摘要
目的分析自我效能护理联合阶梯式功能锻炼在断指再植术后患者中的应用效果.方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月于该院接受断指再植术治疗的116例患者为研究对象,采用随机抽签法将其分为两组,每组58例.对照组术后采用常规护理并进行阶梯式功能锻炼,观察组在此技术上采用自我效能护理,比较两组的术后恢复效果.结果观察组的康复总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的86.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组的焦虑及抑郁评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组的依从性评分、生活质量评分及自我效能评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论断指再植术后患者采用自我效能护理联合阶梯式功能锻炼联,可改善不良情绪,提升其自我效能及依从性,有助于促进指功能恢复,提高生活质量,临床应用价值显著.
Objective To Analyze the effect of self-efficacy nursing combined with step functional exercise in patients after finger replantation.Methods A total of 116 patients who underwent finger replantation in the hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups by random drawing,with 58 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing and step functional exercise,while the observation group was treated with self-efficacy nursing on this basis.The postoperative recovery effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of rehabilitation the observation group was 96.55%,higher than 86.21%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the compliance score,quality of life score and self-efficacy score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-efficacy nursing combined with stepped functional exercise can improve bad mood,self-efficacy and compliance,promote the recovery of finger function and improve the quality of life for patients after replantation of severed finger.The clinical application value is significant.
