摘要
目的分析经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折的临床效果.方法选择2019年8月—2020年8月河池市第三人民医院收治的老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例.对照组接受经皮椎体成形术,观察组接受经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术,比较两组手术治疗前后疼痛情况、伤椎前缘高度、Cobb角、并发症情况.结果术前,两组视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).术后3个月,两组VAS评分均明显低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).术前,两组伤椎前缘高度、Cobb角比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月,两组伤椎前缘高度、Cobb角均明显优于术前,且观察组优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折的临床效果理想,可促进脊柱功能修复,减少并发症.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebralballoon kyphoplasty in the treatment of senile osteoporotic spinal compression fractures.Methods 60 elderlypatients with osteoporotic spinal compression fractures admitted to Hechi Third People's Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation groupaccording to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received percutaneous vertebroplasty,and the observation group received percutaneous vertebralballoon kyphoplasty.The pain,height of anterior edge of injured vertebrae,Cobb angle before and after operation and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before operation,there was no significant difference in visual analogue rating scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).at 3 months after operation,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);but there was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Before operation,there was no significant difference in the height of anterior edge of injured vertebrae and Cobb angle between the two groups(P>0.05);at 3 months after operation,the height of anterior edge of injured vertebrae and Cobb angle in both groups were significantly better than those before operation,and the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect ofpercutaneous vertebral balloon kyphoplasty in the treatment of senile osteoporotic spinal compression fractures is ideal,which can promote the repair of spinal function and inhibit complications.
