摘要
目的分析中医特色护理穴位贴敷对脑卒中恢复期患者肢体功能、神经功能及生活质量的影响.方法选择2020年6月—2021年4月泰安市中医医院收治的脑卒中恢复期患者70例,按随机数表分为两组.对照组35例接受常规护理,研究组35例接受中医特色护理穴位贴敷,比较两组的肢体功能、神经功能及生活质量.结果研究组护理后的肢体功能评分为(77.64±8.89)分,显著高于对照组的(62.73±7.50)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组护理后的神经功能评分为(6.41±1.86)分,低于对照组的(7.44±2.36)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组护理后的日常生活能力评分为(73.31±6.07)分,高于对照组的(67.72±6.86)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组护理后的精神健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论将中医特色护理穴位贴敷应用于脑卒中恢复期患者中,可改善其肢体功能及神经功能,提高生活质量,值得推广使用.
Objective To analyze the effects of TCM characteristic nursing acupoint application on limb function,nerve function and quality of life of convalescent patients with cerebral apoplexy.Methods A total of 70 convalescent patients with cerebral apoplexy who were admitted to Tai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table.35 cases in the control group received conventional nursing,35 cases in the research group received TCM characteristic nursing acupoint application.The limb function,nerve function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The limb function score of the study group was(77.64±8.89)points,significantly higher than(62.73±7.50)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neurological function score of the study group was(6.41±1.86)points,lower than(7.44±2.36)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The daily living ability score of the study group was(73.31±6.07)points,which was higher than(67.72±6.86)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of mental health,vitality,social function and emotional function in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM characteristic nursing acupoint application in convalescent patients with cerebral apoplexy can improve their limb function and nerve function,and improve the quality of life,which is worth popularizing.
