摘要
目的探讨针灸推拿联合康复训练在颅脑外伤偏瘫患者中的应用效果.方法选取2020年7月—2021年6月新泰市人民医院收治的196例颅脑外伤偏瘫患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为两组,各98例.对照组患者接受常规治疗与康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合针灸推拿治疗.比较治疗前与治疗28 d时两组Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)、Barthel指数评定量表(BI)评分,以及治疗时出现的不良反应.结果两组治疗前FMA、BI评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗28 d时FMA、BI评分均显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论颅脑外伤偏瘫患者在康复训练的基础上应用针灸推拿治疗可以有效促进肢体运动功能恢复,保障日常生活活动能力,适于临床推广.
Objective To explore the application effect of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training in patients with hemiplegia after craniocerebral trauma.Methods 196 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral trauma who were admitted to Xintai People's Hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 98 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and massage on the basis of the control group.The Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA),Barthel index(BI)scores before treatment and at 28 days of treatment,and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in FMA and BI scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);at 28 days of treatment,the scores of FMA,and BI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of acupuncture and massage on the basis of rehabilitation training in patients with hemiplegia after craniocerebral trauma can promote the recovery of limb motor function and ensure the ability of daily living activities.It is suitable for clinical promotion.
