摘要
目的探讨养血疏肝止痛汤联合耳穴贴压治疗颈源性头痛(CEH)的临床效果及安全性.方法选取2019年8月—2021年8月我院收治的82例CEH患者,按治疗方法不同分为对照组41例和观察组41例.对照组予以盐酸乙哌立松治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用养血疏肝止痛汤联合耳穴贴压治疗.比较两组临床疗效、颈部血液流变学指标、视觉模拟评分及不良反应情况.结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血浆黏度(1.42±0.23)mpa·s、全血高切黏度(4.02±0.83)mpa·s、全血低切黏度(8.35±1.14)mpa·s及红细胞压积(35.78±4.15)%均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组视觉模拟评分(1.42±0.31)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论养血疏肝止痛汤联合耳穴贴压能提高CEH治疗效果,改善颈部血液流变学,减轻头痛症状,安全可靠.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Yangxue Shugan Zhitong Decoction combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of cervicogenic headache(CEH).Methods 82 patients with CEH admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected,and they were divided into 41 cases in a control group and 41 cases in an observation group according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with eperisone hydrochloride,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yangxue Shugan Zhitong Decoction combined with auricular point sticking on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cervical hemorheological indexes,visual analogue scale scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the plasma viscosity(1.42±0.23)mpa·s,whole blood high shear viscosity(4.02±0.83)mpa·s,whole blood low shear viscosity(8.35±1.14)mpa·s and hematocrit(35.78±4.15)%in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the visual analogue scale score of the observation group(1.42±0.31)points was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yangxue Shugan Zhitong Decoction combined with auricular point sticking can improve the therapeutic effect of CEH,improve neck hemorheology,relieve headache symptoms,and is safe and reliable.
