摘要
目的探讨肱骨外上髁炎患者采用体外冲击波治疗对其康复效果的影响.方法选取该院2019年6月—2021年2月收治的82例肱骨外上髁炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41).对照组采用脉冲短波治疗,观察组采用体外冲击波治疗.比较两组患者的治疗总有效率及治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、上肢功能障碍评定量表(DASH)评分、Mayo肘关节功能评分标准(MEPS)评分.结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率97.56%,高于对照组的85.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗前的VAS、DASH、MEPS评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后第4、12周,观察组的VAS、DASH评分均低于对照组,MEPS评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论肱骨外上髁炎患者采用体外冲击波治疗的临床效果较为显著,可有效减轻患者疼痛,改善其肢体功能和肘关节功能,促进病情恢复.
Objective To investigate the effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy on the rehabilitation effect of patients with lateral epicondylitis.Methods 82 patients with lateral humeral epicondylitis admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group(n=41)and an observation group(n=41)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with pulsed short wave,and the observation group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave.The total effective rate of treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,disabilities of arm,shoulder and hand(DASH)score and Mayo Elbow Performance Score(MEPS)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.56%,which was higher than 85.37%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the VAS,DASH and MEPS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);at the 4th and 12th week after treatment,the VAS and DASH scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the MEPS scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy in patients with lateral humeral epicondylitis is relatively significant,which can effectively relieve pain,improve limb function and elbow function,and promote the recovery of the disease.
