摘要
目的探究小儿脑瘫康复护理中进行早期运动的效果.方法选择2019年1月—2021年1月我院收治的脑瘫患儿180例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,90例采用常规康复护理的为对照组,90例采用早期运动疗法康复护理的为研究组.比较两组患儿的粗大运动功能(GMFM)、发育商(DQ)、护理满意程度及自理能力(Barthel指数).结果两组患儿护理前的GMFM与DQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患儿的GMFM评分、DQ评分均较护理前显著增加,且研究组各项评分均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组脑瘫患儿家长的护理满意率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的88.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患儿护理前的Barthel指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患儿的Barthel指数评分均显著高于护理前,且研究组评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在小儿脑瘫康复护理中采用早期运动疗法的护理效果良好,能够改善患儿运动能力,促进其智力发育,患儿家长对护理满意程度高,值得应用.
Objective To explore the effect of early exercise in rehabilitation nursing of children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 180 cases of pediatric cerebral palsy patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method.90 cases in the control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,90 cases in the study group received early exercise therapy rehabilitation nursing.The gross motor function(GMFM),developmental quotient(DQ),nursing satisfaction and self-care ability(Barthel index)were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in GMFM and DQ scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the GMFM score and DQ score of the two groups were significantly increased compared with before nursing,and the scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of parents of children with cerebral palsy in the study group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 88.89%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Barthel index scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the Barthel index scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before nursing,and the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of early exercise therapy in the rehabilitation nursing of children with cerebral palsy is good,which can improve the children's motor ability and promote their intelligence development,the parents of children with cerebral palsy are satisfied with the nursing,which is worthy of application.
