摘要
目的分析综合康复护理在半月板切除术治疗学龄期儿童半月板损伤中的应用效果.方法选择首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院2018年8月—2021年3月收治的82例学龄期儿童半月板损伤患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组41例.两组均接受半月板切除术,在此基础上,对照组采用常规康复护理,研究组采用综合康复护理.比较两组患者护理前后的膝关节功能评分、大腿周径萎缩指数及术后并发症发生率.结果护理前,两组患儿的膝关节功能评分及大腿周径萎缩指数比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后1、2、3个月,研究组的膝关节功能评分均高于对照组,大腿周径萎缩指数均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组术后的并发症发生率为4.88%,低于对照组的21.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对行半月板切除术治疗的学龄期半月板损伤患儿实施综合康复护理,可促进膝关节功能恢复,预防肌肉萎缩,减少并发症发生,值得推广使用.
Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in meniscectomy for meniscus injury in school-age children.Methods 82 school-age children with meniscus injury treated in Beijing Children's Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from August 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups received meniscectomy.On this basis,the control group adopted routine rehabilitation nursing,and the research group adopted comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The knee function score,thigh circumference atrophy index before and after intervention and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in knee function scores and thigh circumference atrophy indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);at 1,2 and 3 months after nursing,the knee function scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the thigh circumference atrophy indexes were lower than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 4.88%,lower than 21.95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for school-age children with meniscus injury treated with meniscectomy can promote the recovery of knee function,prevent muscle atrophy and reduce complications,which is worth promoting.
