摘要
目的探究增强型体外反搏联合运动康复对不稳定型心绞痛患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后心肺功能康复的影响.方法选取本院2019年6月-2021年5月收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者110例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组55例和观察组55例.对照组采用运动康复干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用增强型体外反搏干预,均持续干预1个月.比较两组的心肺功能及生活质量.结果干预前,两组的各项心肺功能指标比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的最大心率(86.92±8.53)次/min低于对照组,最大摄氧量(947.52±53.54)mL/min、左心室射血分数(60.29±3.24)%高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组的各项生活质量比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的生活质量综合评定问卷的各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论增强型体外反搏联合运动康复能够有效改善不稳定型心绞痛PCI术后患者的心肺功能,提高其生活质量.
Objective To explore the effect of enhanced external counterpulsation combined with exercise rehabilitation on the rehabilitation of cardiopulmonary function in patients with unstable angina pectoris after percutaneous arterial intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 110 patients with unstable angina pectoris who were admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into the control group of 55 cases and the observation group of 55 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was given exercise rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group was given enhanced external counterpulsation intervention on the basis of the control group,both continued for 1 month.Cardiopulmonary function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the cardiopulmonary function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the maximum heart rate(86.92±8.53)beats/min of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the maximum oxygen uptake(947.52±53.54)mL/min,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(60.29±3.24)%were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the scores of each dimension of the comprehensive assessment of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhanced external counterpulsation combined with exercise rehabilitation can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function and quality of life of patients with unstable angina pectoris after PCI.
