摘要
                
                    目的探讨高压氧联合美多巴及康复运动对帕金森病患者非运动症状(NMS)及认知障碍的影响.方法选择2019年6月-2020年12月该院收治的88例帕金森病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各44例.对照组采用美多巴及康复运动治疗,观察组采用高压氧联合美多巴及康复运动治疗,均持续治疗3个月.比较两组患者治疗前后的NMS、认知障碍以及生活质量.结果治疗3个月后,两组的帕金森病非运动症状评价量表(NMSS)评分均低于治疗前,且观察组NMSS评分(47.11±5.88)分低于对照组的(51.41±6.45)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗3个月后,两组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分均高于治疗前,且观察组MoCA评分(25.89±2.04)分高于对照组的(23.17±2.50)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗3个月后,两组39项帕金森病调查表(PDQ-39)评分均低于治疗前,且观察组PDQ-39评分(39.64±4.31)分低于对照组的(43.29±4.97)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论高压氧联合美多巴及康复运动治疗帕金森病患者的效果确切,能减轻NMS,改善认知功能,提升生活质量.
                
                Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Madopa and rehabilitation exercise on non–motor symptoms(NMS)and cognitive impairment in patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods A total of 88 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to this hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Madopa and rehabilitation exereise,while the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with Madopa and rehabilitation exercise,and the treatment was continued for 3 months.The NMS,cognitive impairment and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the non–motor symptom assessment scale for parkinson's disease(NMSS)scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,The NMSS score of the observation group was(47.11±5.88)points,which was lower than that of the control group(51.41+6.45)points,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)scores in both groups were higher than before treatment,the MoCA score of the ohservation group was(25.89±2.04)points,which was higher than that of the control group(23.17±2.50)points,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the 39-item parkinson's disease questionnaire(PDQ-39)scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the PDQ–39 score of the observation group was(39.64±4.31)points,which was lower than that of the control group(43.29±4.97)points,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with Madopa and rehabilitation exercise is effective in the treatment of Parkinson's disease patients,which can relieve NMS,improve cognitive function,and improve the quality of life.
