摘要
目的探究在老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)患者中采用电针夹脊穴联合调制中频电治疗的临床效果.方法选择2018年6月—2021年6月我院收治的70例老年PHN患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例.对照组采用局部围刺联合电针治疗,观察组采用电针夹脊穴联合调制中频电治疗.比较两组的治疗效果、疼痛程度、焦虑情绪、生活质量及安全性.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的疼痛程度、焦虑情绪、生活质量比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分及皮肤病生活质量指数调查表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应(P>0.05).结论在老年PHN患者中采用电针夹脊穴联合调制中频电治疗的效果确切,能够减轻患者疼痛程度及焦虑情绪,改善生活质量,且安全性高.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture at Jiaji point combined with modulated medium-frequency electrotherapy in senile patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with PHN who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with local surrounding needling combined with electroacupuncture,while the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture at Jiaji point combined with modulated medium-frequency electrotherapy.The treatment effect,pain level,anxiety,quality of life and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than that in the control group,which was 77.14%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain level,anxiety,and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the pain visual analogue scale score,Hamilton anxiety scale score and dermatology life quality index score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion In elderly patients with PHN,electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoint combined with modulation of medium-frequency electrotherapy has a definite effect,can reduce the pain degree and anxiety of the patients,improve the quality of life,and has high safety.
