摘要
目的探讨低频电脉冲技术联合新生化颗粒在剖宫产术后产妇中的应用价值.方法选择2020年3月—2021年10月该院收治的82例剖宫产术后产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组41例.对照组采用低频电脉冲技术治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用新生化颗粒治疗,均连续治疗5 d,并随访至剖宫产术后42 d.对比分析两组剖宫产术后产妇子宫复旧情况、泌乳情况、乳房充盈度以及不良反应.结果研究组剖宫产术后第5、42天子宫三径之和均短于对照组,剖宫产术后第3、5天子宫底高度均低于对照组,血性恶露量少于对照组,血性恶露持续时间、术后初次泌乳时间均短于对照组,术后24、48 h泌乳量均多于对照组,乳房充盈度优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论低频电脉冲技术联合新生化颗粒可有效促使剖宫产术后产妇乳房充盈饱满及乳汁尽早分泌,促进子宫复旧,且安全可靠.
Objective To explore the application value of low-frequ ency electrical pulse technology combined with Xinshenghua Granules in puerperae after cesarean section.Methods 82 puerperae after cesarean section who were treated in this hospital from March 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group and a research group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low-frequency electrical pulse technology,and the study group was treated with Xinshenghua granules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 5 consecutive days,and were followed up to 42 days after cesarean section.The uterine involution,lactation,breast filling degree and adverse reactions of the puerperae after cesarean section were compared between the two groups.Results The sum of the three diameters of the uterus on the 5th and 42nd days after cesarean section in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the height of the uterine fundus on the 3rd and 5th day after cesarean section were lower than those of the control group,the amount of bloody lochia was less than that of the control group,the duration of bloody lochia and the time of first lactation after operation were shorter than those of the control group,the milk production at 24 and 48 h after operation were more than those of the control group,and the breast filling degree was better than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of low-frequency electrical pulse technology and Xinshenghua Granules can effectively promote the breast filling and fullness of puerperae after cesarean section,as well as the early secretion of milk,and promote uterine involution,which is safe and reliable.
