摘要
目的探讨经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)联合言语疗法在语言发育迟缓患儿中的应用效果.方法选择2020年1月—2021年10月该院收治的78例语言发育迟缓患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各39例.对照组采用言语疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加用tDCS,均持续干预3个月.比较两组干预前后语言功能、口部运动功能以及发育情况.结果观察组干预后S-S语言发育迟缓检查法评分中语言理解及表达能力评分、口部运动功能评分、Gesell发育量表各能区评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论tDCS联合言语疗法应用于语言发育迟缓患儿中的临床效果确切,可提升患儿的语言及口部运动功能,促进其身心发育.
Objective To investigate the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation(t DCS)combined with speech therapy in children with language developmental delay.Methods 78 children with language development delay admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given speech therapy,and the observation group was given t DCS on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued to intervene for 3 months.The language function,oral motor function and development of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results The language comprehension and expression ability scores in the S-S language developmental delay test score,the oral motor function scores,and the scores of each energy zone in the Gesell developmental scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after the intervention,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of t DCS combined with speech therapy in children with language developmental delay is definite,which can improve children’s language and oral motor function,and promote their physical and mental development.
