摘要
目的观察小儿推拿联合穴位贴敷对急性支气管炎患儿的干预效果及对家属满意度的影响.方法选择2020年1月—2022年1月我院收治的146例急性支气管炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各73例.对照组应用穴位贴敷干预,观察组在对照组基础上应用小儿推拿干预.比较两组干预效果、临床症状消失时间、血清炎性指标水平及患儿家属满意度.结果观察组干预总有效率为97.26%,高于对照组的89.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组咳嗽消失时间(4.52±0.70)d、咳痰消失时间(4.36±0.64)d及肺部湿啰音消失时间(5.17±0.63)d均短于对照组的(5.78±0.64)d、(5.43±0.62)d、(5.89±0.60)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预7 d后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患儿家属总满意率为94.52%,高于对照组的76.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论小儿推拿联合穴位贴敷对急性支气管炎患儿的干预效果较好,患儿临床症状消退时间缩短,患儿家属满意度高,值得临床推广.
Objective To observe the intervention effect of pediatric massage combined with acupoint application on children with acute bronchitis and the influence on family satisfaction.Methods 146 cases of children with acute bronchitis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research object,and were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 73 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupoint application intervention,and the observation group was treated with pediatric massage intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect,clinical symptom disappear time,serum inflammatory index level and children's family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.26%,which was higher than 89.04%of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cough disappearance time(4.52±0.70)d,sputum disappearance time(4.36±0.64)d and pulmonary wet rales disappearance time(5.17±0.63)d in the observation group were all shorter than(5.78±0.64)d,(5.43±0.62)d and(5.89±0.60)d in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of intervention,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total children's family satisfaction rate in the observation group was 94.52%,which was higher than 76.71%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pediatric massage combined with acupoint application has a better intervention effect on children with acute bronchitis,the time for clinical symptoms to resolve is shortened,and the children's family satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
