早期康复锻炼对老年慢性心力衰竭合并糖尿病患者心功能及外周血BNP、HbA1c水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨早期康复锻炼在老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果.方法选取2019年6月—2021年4月我院收治的86例老年CHF合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例.对照组给予常规康复干预,试验组在对照组基础上实施早期康复锻炼,持续12周.对比两组左室射血分数(LEVF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVED)、6 min步行距离(6MWD)、外周血中脑钠肽(BNP)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平.结果干预前,两组LVEF、LVED、6MWD、BNP、HbA1c水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组LVEF高于对照组,LVED短于对照组,6MWD长于对照组,BNP、HbA1c水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论早期康复功能锻炼能够改善CHF合并糖尿病患者心功能,降低血糖水平,从而促进病情恢复. Objective To explore the application effect of early rehabilitation exercise in elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)combined with diabetes.Methods 86 elderly patients with CHF combined with diabetes admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to April 2021 were selected as study objects and divided into two groups according to randomized digital table method,with 43 each in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation intervention and the experimental group performed early rehabilitation function exercise based on the basis of the control group,with both interventions for 12 weeks.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVED),6-min walking distance(6MWD),peripheral blood brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the LVEF,LVED,6MWD,BNP and HbA1c levels(P>0.05);after intervention,the LVEF in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the LVED was shorter than that in the control group,the 6MWD was longer than that in the control group,the BNP and HbA1c levels were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation function exercise can improve the cardiac function of patients with CHF combined with diabetic,reduce the blood sugar level,and thus promote the disease recovery.
