摘要
目的探讨高血压阴虚阳亢证患者采用镇肝熄风汤联合硝苯地平治疗的临床效果.方法选取我院2020年6月—2022年4月收治的88例高血压阴虚阳亢证患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组44例.对照组口服硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用镇肝熄风汤治疗,均连续治疗4周.比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、血压水平、血脂水平及不良反应.结果观察组临床总有效率为95.45%,较对照组的79.55%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组各项中医症候积分、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)及高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组头晕、耳鸣、头目胀痛积分均较对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组DBP、SBP、LDL-C、TC、TG水平均较对照组低,HDL-C水平较对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论高血压阴虚阳亢证患者采用镇肝熄风汤联合硝苯地平治疗的疗效确切,利于控制其血压、血脂水平,促进症状缓解,安全可靠,值得推广.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction combined with nifedipine in the treatment of hypertension with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity.Methods A total of 88 patients with hypertension with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral nifedipine sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Zhengan Xifeng Decoction on the basis of the control group,both of which were treated for 4 consecutive weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,blood pressure level,blood lipid level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than that of the control group,which was 79.55%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the levels of TCM symptom scores,diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of dizziness,tinnitus,and head pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of DBP,SBP,LDL-C,TC and TG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of HDL-C were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of hypertension patients with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome with Zhengan Xifeng Decoction combined with nifedipine has an exact curative effect,which is beneficial to control their blood pressure and blood lipid levels,and promote symptom relief.It is safe and reliable and worthy of promotion.
