摘要
目的观察加味双柏散外敷在急性踝关节韧带损伤患者中的应用效果.方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月我院收治的78例急性踝关节韧带损伤患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各39例.对照组采用双氯芬酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用加味双柏散外敷治疗,均持续治疗14 d.比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、踝关节功能、炎症因子水平以及安全性.结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后疼痛视觉模拟评分(1.02±0.23)分低于对照组,美国足踝外科医师协会踝-后足评分系统评分(89.25±7.14)分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后超敏C反应蛋白(4.89±0.65)mg/L、肿瘤坏死因子-α(118.96±10.32)pg/mL均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论加味双柏散外敷可增强急性踝关节韧带损伤患者的治疗效果,加快肿痛消失,促进踝关节功能恢复,且安全可靠.
Objective To observe the application effect of external application of Jiawei Shuangbai Powder in patients with acute ankle joint ligament injury.Methods 78 patients with acute ankle joint ligament injury treated in the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium,and the observation group was additionally treated with external application of Jiawei Shuangbai Powder on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,ankle joint function,inflammatory factor levels and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain visual analogue scale score of the observation group after treatment was(1.02±0.23)points,which was lower than that of the control group,the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society ankle-hindfoot scoring system score was(89.25±7.14)points,which was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were(4.89±0.65)mg/L and(118.96±10.32)pg/mL,which were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion External application of Jiawei Shuangbai Powder can enhance the therapeutic effect of patients with acute ankle joint ligament injury,accelerate the disappearance of swelling and pain,and promote the recovery of ankle joint function,which is safe and reliable.
