摘要
目的探究消髓化核汤联合延续护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后康复的影响.方法选择该院2020年1月—2021年9月收治的108例腰椎间盘突出症术后患者为研究对象,按抽签法分为对照组(n=54)和研究组(n=54).对照组采用消髓化核汤联合康复训练干预,研究组在对照组基础上采用延续护理.比较两组患者临床疗效、不同时期的Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、日本骨科协会(JOA)腰痛评分及负性情绪情况.结果研究组总有效率为98.15%,显著高于对照组的85.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前、干预1个月后,两组ODI、JOA腰痛评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预3个月后,研究组ODI评分低于对照组,JOA腰痛评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前、干预1个月后,两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预3个月后,研究组SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论消髓化核汤联合延续护理能提高腰椎间盘突出症术后患者的康复效果,改善腰椎功能障碍,缓解负性情绪.
Objective To explore the effect of Xiaosuihuahe Decoction combined with continuous nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods A total of 108 patients with postoperative lumbar disc herniation who were treated in this hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group(n=54)and a study group(n=54)according to the drawing method.The control group was given Xiaosuihuahe Decoction combined with rehabilitation training intervention,and the study group was given continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)low back pain score and negative emotions in different periods were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.15%,which was significantly higher than 85.18%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention and after 1 month of intervention,there were no significant differences in ODI and JOA low back pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3 months of intervention,the ODI in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the JOA low back pain score was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Before the intervention and after 1 month of intervention,there were no significant differences in self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3 months of intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaosuihuahe Decoction combined with continuous nursing can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation after surgery,improve lumbar spine dysfunction,and relieve negative emotions.
