摘要
目的探讨独活寄生汤联合膝关节松动术在肾虚髓亏型膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)患者中的应用效果.方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月我院收治的OA患者82例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组41例.对照组采用膝关节松动术治疗,观察组在此基础上加用独活寄生汤治疗,均持续4周.比较两组的治疗效果.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的80.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的各项西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1β水平分别为(50.13±6.28)ng/L、(17.25±3.02)pg/mL、(9.21±1.45)pg/mL,均低于对照组的(58.35±7.24)ng/L、(21.43±3.58)pg/mL、(12.43±1.69)pg/mL,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论独活寄生汤联合膝关节松动术可提高肾虚髓亏型OA的治疗效果,减轻患者膝部炎症反应,加快膝关节功能恢复.
Objective To investigate the effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with knee joint mobilization in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(OA)with kidney deficiency and marrow deficiency.Methods 82 patients with OA admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with knee joint mobilization,and the observation group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on this basis.Both groups lasted for 4 weeks.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%,higher than 80.49%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the Western Ontario and Mc-Master Universities osteoarthritis indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-1βin the observation group were(50.13±6.28)ng/L,(17.25±3.02)pg/mL,(9.21±1.45)pg/mL,respectively,which were lower than(58.35±7.24)ng/L,(21.43±3.58)pg/mL and(12.43±1.69)pg/mL in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with knee joint mobilization can improve the therapeutic effect of OA with kidney deficiency and marrow deficiency,reduce knee inflammation and speed up the recovery of knee joint function.
